It does seem like a big step up, but I'm determined to be a confident and safe rider on a bigger bike.

That's the spirit - get in plenty of practice and if you can join any ride-outs too you'll be zipping along in no time  Smiley

Thanks,
I had a very good instructor. Very patient, and didn't take a break all day!

Well done, glad you passed  Thumbs up

Thanks Breva750. It does seem like a big step up, but I'm determined to be a confident and safe rider on a bigger bike.

Keep it up won't be long! A 500 seems a big step up from a 125 (well it is a big step) but soon enough its reasonably easy to handle. I was lucky, in Australia you can learn on a 250 so I had an old VT250 for 3 months, did my test, passed, and then got an SRX600. Its all good.
