All bikers are invited for a mystery ride round North and East Devon in aid of
the charity Shelterbox. Bring a donation to the gathering at Station Road, South
Molton (outside Eaton Aerospace)at 10.30, leaving for the ride of about 150
miles at 11.00.

This year will see the 16th Mega-Ride (Sunday 13th June 2010),
and hopefully with the sun shining we will see an impressive turn out
on the day. Thousands and thousands of bikers will ride into Lee Mill
Industrial Estate for the charity ride which takes the bikers to Marley
Head and then back into the City Centre, ending up on Plymouth Hoe
where the bikers will be greeted with a huge array of trade stands,
catering stands, live music and even bouncy castles for the kids.
For the first time in 16 years the bikers will be asked for a £3donation, (instead of the usual £2), and the total amount donated will
be spilt 50/50 between the two charities as voted for by the public.
The small price increase is to simply cover the additional medical and
first aid care that is required by law for an event of this size. We
are asking for £3 per rider or £5 for a bike with a pillion passenger onboard.

Hi I am a Police motorcyclist with Avon and Somerset. I thought your members
might be interested in a Bikesafe event we and the other Forces in the South
West are holding on the above date. It is the chance for a rideout with a Police
motorcyclist (1 hour on road) this gets you a track pass for about 5 laps under
professional supervision of circuit riders.
Local dealers: Fowlers, Riders,
Bransons, V & J Superbikes, Bath Road BMW, Artdean, Blade Triumph and
Bristol Kawasaki will all have displays along with suppliers of kit, clothes and
bike bits. Entry to the event is free but if you want a ride out and track
